Your Story: Display Your Images!

I've said it before and I will say it again... it is SO important to print (prints/wall art/albums) the images from your wedding/shoot. To make physical copies of these images... not just keeping them hidden away in digital form on a medium that will likely one day be irrelevant. You have invested in this shoot... greatly invested in your wedding day... you pulled together outfits, got your hair done, gathered the people you love. You reached out to us, matched up our schedules, met us at an awesome location to photograph you. You chose to pay us to do this because you trust us, you saw your self in our style of photography, you wanted to know that our experience and knowledge would yield images that you could look back on for many, many years to come. Why invest all of that and just let your disc sit in a drawer or a safe? And yes, we give you permission to get these printed anywhere you want, but I would be doing you a disservice as a professional if I did not routinely remind you that there is something special and important Β to getting them printed professionally. It is more expensive but thats for a good reason -- because these prints or canvases or albums will be made to last those many, many years to come. Believe it or not, these products are made differently than the discount prints and albums you can get from drug stores, Target/Walmart and cheapo places online.I am thankful for articles like this one over on The Huffington Post's wedding website, written by a photographer, wanting YOU to have images in your home... images that will be passed down over and over. Β These images inform generations to come of who you are.

David and I have the following images, which we GREATLY treasure, because the people in these images ordered prints...
