These shoots can be so brutal because of the summer sun and heat, but they’re also such a beautiful reminder of how priceless these summer days are with the people we love. Photographing y’all taking in the beauty of the sunflowers and loving on your people is such a joy for us. Until next year, sunflowers! The Boggs Family MiniLB0003s_650Ashley met the Boggs family out in the sunflower field during sunset on the weekend. The weekends are the busiest times, so we were dodging other people the entire shoot, but my goodness, how much do we love that sunlight in these?! We don't always get families with older kids out in the sunflowers, so this was a special treat! Older kids are easier to reason with in photoshoots, but that does NOT mean they give out natural smiles any easier. Y’all can see we managed to get some though! Also, we HAVE to talk about mom Lindsey's skirt! It's so good, RIGHT?! Lindsey and Michael are celebrating a big anniversary this summer, so it was fun to get some of just the two of them celebrating as well. Always loving getting Lindsey and her crew in front of our cameras.LB0008s_650LB0015s_650LB0020s_650LB0031s_650LB0033s_650LB0040s_650LB0049s_650LB0060s_650LB0079s_650LB0083s_650LB0094s_650LB0100s_650 The Buehler Family MiniCB0074s_650It's seriously so fun to photograph our regulars (who Ashley has photographed since their engagement shoot) as their families grow. Cathy and Will are expecting their second little one, and what a great way to celebrate in the wildflowers. Cathy shared on social media that Ashley did have to pull out all her tricks to get this toddler on board, but once again the smiles happened!CB0003s_650CB0021s_650CB0034s_650CB0037s_650CB0043s_650CB0046s_650CB0052s_650CB0060s_650CB0071s_650CB0077s_650CB0080s_650
