Wedding Story: Ryan & Phillip: Take Two

Ryan and Phillip have been on a love celebration train for the past two years. After two postponements due to the pandemic, a small backyard wedding, and a vow renewal and blessing for close friends, Ryan and Phillip finally got to celebrate their love with a public ceremony in a park near Transfer Co Food Hall! These two are Story Photographers regulars; Ashley photographed their small backyard wedding as well as their surprise engagement. She knows Ryan from Campbell University - and these two lovebirds were the first gay couple to have a photo feature in the announcements section of the Campbell University magazine. A monumental first that Story Photographers is proud to have been a part of!

These fellas have amazing style: vibrant socks, monogrammed shirt cuffs, and their wedding date sewn into their suit jackets! It was evident that their wedding guests came ready to boogie, and that they did. Their wedding was travel-themed and appropriately so, as their family and friends hailed from all over. It was a party for the ages, and to quote the bartender from the venue, β€œI’ve been bartending for seven years and that was probably the most fun wedding I’ve ever worked!”

Congratulations Ryan and Phillip!!
