Wedding Story: Anne & James
Sometimes wedding planning takes years, sometimes in takes a couple of weeks. This time around it took a couple of weeks and let me tell you, it was one sweet wedding. Anne and James got married in Charleston on a beautiful Sunday afternoon before they moved to Florida the following week. So much of their personalities came through in the details - you could feel the love radiating out of every thing they chose. They made so many of the decorations, including the bouquet and the boutonnière. Anne wore a necklace that had been in her family for many generations and worn on many wedding days before hers. I have to point out that I have known Anne since middle school... she is one of the most loyal friends you will ever find. We passed many awesomely folded notes back and forth to each other, the contents of which included agonizing about our current crushes and what ever other details of our day that were taking up lots of room in our middle school brains. After high school we saw each other once or twice, and had the magic of Facebook to keep us connected. I was so thrilled when she reached out to me about her last minute wedding and even more excited to realize that I was able to do it. Anne you have such an incredibly sweet heart and I see that James is just the right man to appreciate just what an amazing woman you are.
