Wedding Story: Amanda & Megan

A&M546Amanda and Megan, y'all.  They were SURROUNDED by people who love and adore them.  It was so sweet to witness. Can you handle their first look?!  The happy tears?!  It's just all so sweet.  Charity second shot this day with me and while it was a hot one, it was an absolutely precious one. After a very meaningful ceremony (typical when one of the brides is a minister), the party was AWESOME with a super fun band.  The bottom dropped out and it suddenly POURED during their exit, but that didn't stop these two!

From the Brides:

"After months of planning, preparation, and anticipation, my number one goal for our wedding day was to be as present as possible in every moment. To be present with my mom and sisters as we got ready that morning; to be present as I walked down the aisle in a sea of so many radiant smiles; to be present with Megan as we stood on the altar and made sacred commitments to one another; to be present as we danced the night away and rocked all of the bobby pins out of our hair. These are the moments that I remember and treasure most." - Amanda"Our wedding day really was a dream come true. I can't lie - I definitely carried some anxiety around being the center of attention - but all of that faded away in the immense presence of joy from all of our family and friends celebrating with us and in the radiating beauty of my bride and the commitment we made before God and our community. I am so thankful for how the day flowed with such ease - and how much fun we had celebrating during the reception with good food, good grooves, and good music. Memories of this day will forever bring a smile to my face." - Megan
