Love Story: Meg and Danny

When I posted on Facebook that I had a 10th wedding anniversary shoot I got so many congratulatory replies.  Everyone was so thrilled that I was photographing a couple that had been together that long.  In a way it is sad that everyone gets excited about ten years of marriage --- I want to be celebrating sixty years with David!  But on the other hand it's true... a couple making it to ten years married IS something to get excited about!  It is an amazing thing to find a person that you love so much that you together choose to work hard on that marriage every day, in this case for ten years.  Meg and Danny have done that... their work has paid off.  They get to celebrate ten years together, with their dog-child Scarlett, and I am so excited for them!  Cheers to you! 

Meg had an idea to pull her wedding dress out of it's sealed up box to get more pictures in it... the type of pictures she wished she had from her wedding day ten years ago.  How fun!?

 

Danny is in the band Jack The Radio and is a talented guitarist.  It was awesome to hear his guitar playing float through this deserted natural area...

 

Meg said she loved the pictures where the people are tiny and the scenery is dramatic.  Check!

 

And with the last few seconds of the day, using the last possible rays of sunlight in the sky, we finished up this sweet shoot...
