Commercial Story: Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness Headshots

As Casie continues to build her wonderful team at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness, I am getting to welcome these new folks into their new roles with their headshot shoots. It’s always so fun to meet them and learn a little about them during our time together. In this roundup we have Caitlin, Leah, Leslie, Melanie, Natalie, and Philip! You can find them at the Raleigh and Durham locations. Also, I have to say, I’m super impressed with the virtual resources Three Oaks continues to put out during the pandemic.Okay, I have to tell y’all how my most recent headshot for Three Oaks was like no other headshot I have done for them before! See the feature image for this post? Here's the MAKE. IT. WORK. story behind it. Casie sent Melanie my way for her new headshot when things were starting to close down in response to the pandemic. We were being told to socially distance but the idea of a stay-at-home order for NC was just a rumor. By the time the day arrived that we were scheduled to shoot Melanie’s headshot, nearly all of the Raleigh parks and gardens had closed to the public, including the one where I have taken every single headshot for Three Oaks.Ahead of our shoot, I drove around Raleigh trying to find SOMEPLACE that looked like the others... This was especially hard since spring was only just arriving and plants were just starting to green up. I noticed some spots in public spaces and yards in the neighborhood where several friends of mine live. So we stood in the street, making it WORK, as the rain was about to start, AND as we got phone alerts that the stay-at-home announcement would come the next day. SHEW!All that is to say, as stay-at-home orders end and we begin phasing into reopening, we’re here and we want to talk to you about your upcoming shoots! We’re going to make the decision on how to handle each shoot on a case-by-case basis. Each shoot is different… Some we can get creative and, like Melanie’s headshot, we can find ways to MAKE IT WORK! So, let’s talk and figure out what we can do! And know that we’re always going to prioritize your safety, as well as, ours along the way.
