It’s May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to always remind you that you are worthy of good mental health! We also want to welcome these folks to Three Oaks!

I found myself sharing with a lot of people this past winter that I was slower to answer emails in part because of my seasonal depression. Anyone else get the winter blues? It was real for me this year and I am so thankful that I have tools in my tool box to help walk me through those kinds of mental health seasons...

Meet Lauren: Like many people right now, Lauren is transitioning out of teaching and is tackling all new career paths so she was in need of new headshots for this big transition. When you are making a big change, such as a change in career, it is important to have up to date headshots. Many of us don’t realize how important it is to look like your headshots. You want people to know it's you!

Ashley Gurley and her bestie Adriana have worked together for years, watching each other's client base grow as they worked together in another salon. Ashley G. has been dreaming about having her own salon for awhile and now it's finally happening in downtown Smithfield, NC! Welcome, Huckleberry & Co. salon! Ashley had the best time shooting their new headshots and brand photography for marketing of their newly renovated salon. How much are we loving all the plants and natural light?! It’s a gorgeous, boho space that instantly makes you feel welcome.It’s so cool to see our friends chasing their dreams.
