Welcome to the world, Baby C!

For this newborn shoot with the Jacobs family and their new addition, Baby C, mom Kaley was a little worried they didn't have any cute props... But, hello, she had so much awesome stuff!! People sometimes ask me if I am going to bring props with me for the shoot, but I love to use things already in your home or in your baby's space in your pictures. It’s more meaningful and personal that way. Also, how cool is that accent wall behind the crib?? That is the handiwork of Baby C's dad and I gotta say, it looks great in photos. ;)This family was actually referred to us by another photographer! This shoot was right after the pandemic lockdown had ended and it was my first shoot back in the world. The photographer who referred us is friends with this family but obviously couldn't travel because of COVID-19. We’re so thankful for any referrals y’all send our way but it feels extra special when it comes from a fellow photographer.
