Wedding Story: Nicki and Alex

Oh this wedding!!  We were beyond thrilled when Nicki and Alex reached out to us to shoot their wedding in Brooklyn.  David grew up with Nicki and her family, and through the magic of Facebook we all stayed in touch.  We have photographed Nicki's older sister's wedding and family many times so we have really enjoyed having Nicki's whole family in front of our cameras many times.  Nicki and Alex are both architects so it's no surprise that they chose such an aesthetically pleasing venue - 501 Union in Brooklyn.  This space has SO much amazing stuff happening in every corner.  Let's not forget these details - stunning florals, the bride's two pairs of fabulous Christian Louboutins, dapper custom fit suits, a jenga guest book, an italian food truck, and a live first dance serenade. I could go on and on and on. What a LOVELY day.  These two have an easy love that is comfortable and calm - they have been together awhile and you can see it in their comfort with one another.  It was such a joy to document this day!!
