Wedding Story: Michaela and Josh

Michaela and Josh... these people are GOOD people!  Michaela is SO full of life... she has an energy that radiates through all these images!   Josh is easy going and has a steady love.  These two have a solid foundation set with one another and I see many many years of love for these two :)

Michaela is the middle of three sisters and her Dad has started a tradition where he gives each daughter a necklace on their wedding day...

Michaela and Josh got married on one of these record hot days here in Raleigh... it was over 100 degrees when they had their first look downtown.  The wedding party came armed with gatorade, water, and wet rags on ice to help cool everyone down between shots.  I never heard a single wedding party member complain- good people have good people as friends!

My View:

I could have done an entire blog post from this next series alone... I pick these two to share with you:

Pre Wedding touch up from MOH Anna.  Thank you Anna for telling Michaela and Josh about us!!

The lace wrapped around Michaela's bouquet is from her Mom's veil from her parent's wedding.  Love it.

Arioso Strings did an beautiful job playing for Josh and Michaela's ceremony.

Rev. Kayelily Middleton did a wonderful job blending Michaela's Catholic traditions with Josh's Jewish traditions.  Every time we have worked with her she has done an excellent job officiating.

Group-picture-capturing leeeeaaaaannnnnn.

The ceremony and reception were both held at the Renaissance Hotel at North Hills in Raleigh.

The energy that radiated through the room during the Horah literally made my breath catch and tears come to my eyes.  It was awesome!

You don't have to look far to see where Michaela's amazing energy and love for life come from...

... (see her parents below).

The band Shine kept the dance floor packed the entire night.  They were the perfect choice for this party!!

Anna gettin' DOWN!

While Michaela's family is from NC, Josh's family and friends are from up north... so you know what that means...

Michaela sang "Sweet Home Alabama", of course!

Michaela and Josh!!  Oh where do we start?!  The energy you two bring into a room is astonishing.  You are both so caring and positive... you have such a confident love for one another.  I see so many years of love ahead of you two :)  ENJOY!!
