Wedding Story: Hattie and Andrew, Part 1 of 2

Well friends, let me tell you.  It was such an honor for David and I to be flown to England to tell Hattie and Andrew's wedding story.  Our first day there we took a cruise down the River Thames with the bride&groom and their wedding party, then our second day there we explored Icomb before the rehearsal festivities.

Hattie said that it rained more on their wedding day than it was supposed to rain the entire month of July in Icomb.  Her plans to wear these fabulous Jimmy Choos were thwarted, and instead Hattie had to rock the pink, garden themed Hunters.  Either way, she looked amazing!

Andrew's gift to her were these beautiful sapphire and diamond earrings.

Sister sister.

While Hattie and her ladies were getting ready at her Grandmother's home, Andrew and the guys were getting ready in an old barn turned into a house, called J Barn.  Hattie's gift to Andrew was an amazing experience at the Tour de France to meet the cyclists with a VIP front row experience.

Hattie's parents also got married in Icomb and her Mom has a picture looking out this window before walking down the aisle...

Time to get married!

Hattie kept talking about how talented all her friends were.  Stephanie Lowd is a professional opera singer in NYC and was able to make the trip over to sing in Hattie and Andrew's wedding... beautiful!!

Love those stolen moments right after the ceremony!  MARRIED!

The guests prepared to throw rose petals at the newly married couple...

... and then just like her parents did, the new couple led the guests on the short walk over to Guys Farm for the dinner and drinks portion of the reception.
