Wedding Story: Arran and Cody

Almost a year ago I had the Horrell family in front of my camera on their farm for a family portrait.  A couple of months later, Arran and Cody got engaged and planned to have their wedding on this beautiful land.  I was thrilled to have another chance to be around this wonderful family and to shoot in such a gorgeous area.  Arran and Cody, along with the help of Arran's parents, renovated a house that has been in their family since the 1800's.  To celebrate it's completion and it's family history they chose to get married on the house's front porch with a reception "out back".  Love it.

Arran's Dad had seen this truck ride down the road in front of the farm many times and (how could you not) fell in love with it.  He ran into the owner and asked if they could use it for the wedding and the owner was excited that someone else took interest in his favorite toy :)  So what better to "come down the aisle" in than this truck??

Married!

How much do you love these fall flowers??

I think all the toasts and speeches brought everyone to tears... there is a lot of love in Arran and Cody's families and from their friends.

Whenever Arran or her brother Jason would leave to go back to college or on a trip, if their Dad was afraid he might cry he would put on his sun glasses...

Perfect fall night to party outside...

Brother/sister dance off!

Arran and Cody: My goodness.  The hospitality that you not only showed us but also to everyone at the wedding was astounding.  Your hearts are so huge and we were honored to witness such an awesome day!  Thanks for letting us be a part!!  Here's to many more kisses on your front porch!
