Rehearsal Story: Hattie and Andrew

Normally we don't blog wedding rehearsals, but this rehearsal is not normal for us!  As you might have seen on Facebook or one of our previous posts of the London Tower Bridge, David and I had the honor of documenting Andrew and Hattie's entire wedding story in England!  To see the July 4th River Thames cruise and photos of Icomb, head to this blog post.  After sharing this post with you I will get to share the wedding day and then our travels around the English country-side.  The wedding took place in Icomb, Gloucesterchire, England- I will share more photos of this beautiful village in the posts to come!

The day of the rehearsal the weather was spectacular.  It did not rain once, which is very rare considering how the weather has been there recently.  It's a shame this weather did not wait one day for us... but you can't control the weather!

The wedding took place in the village church...

... while the rehearsal took place right next door in the town hall.

Inside the town hall...

One of Hattie's bridesmaids, Kathryn, was celebrating her birthday on the day of the rehearsal.  Kathryn thought Hattie had forgotten her birthday but REALLY Hattie was waiting to surprise her at the rehearsal dinner with a candle in her dessert and everyone singing "Happy Birthday"!

There were many wonderful toasts shared through out the evening...

Check back soon for more posts from our English wedding adventures!!
