Family Story: Sweet Kennedy

What a surreal thing… playing with one of your high school best friend's CHILD, in the yard where this friend grew up.  In the home where you had sleepovers and giggles and got ready for dances together.  And now we are chasing around her child in this same house.  Whoa.  When did I get that grown up?  There is something so sweet just watching a toddler play and discover.  I loved chasing Kennedy around with her Mom and Grandma, blowing bubbles and picking flowers.  When it was all said and done, it looks like Kennedy and I are now friends which is the best thing ever considering how much I adore her Mommy.
