Commercial Story: Lindsey Boggs Speaking at Citrix

Early this year, before COVID-19 changed all of our lives, Lindsey Boggs spoke in front of the entire digital sales organization at Citrix about a topic that’s very important to her... burnout. Lindsey vulnerably shared with the audience about her quick rise to success in the workplace, at the cost of her mental health, her relationships, etc.Everyone listening honored her sharing so openly of her story and the discussion that followed was so good. It was one of those events that I was so happy to be shooting so I had the honor of listening to her speech as well! This is what I want to see more of in our work culture — this honesty, this taking care of self, and then this shift in boundaries.
