Wedding Story: Sara and Matt

There is so much to love about Matt and Sara's wedding day... even though it was extremely rainy for most of the day, the rain seemed to just turn off the two times we needed to get the bride and groom outside for pictures.  That, my friends, is wedding day magic!   The ceremony was held at the church that Matt's Dad pastors... and his Dad was the wedding officiant.  It was so sweet!  There was a cupcake reception at the church, following the ceremony, for all the guests to attend.  Then a smaller, dinner reception went down at the Piazza at Portofino.  This is a newer venue in Clayton and we LOVED getting to shoot there!  I also have to mention that the flowers were all from The English Garden and WHOA were they all stunning!!!

Sara has loved horses ever since she was a little girl. We had no idea if the horses were going to be out or not, and we REALLY had no clue that they would be so lovely with Sara!  It was so awesome to hear Sara squeal "This is a dream come true!!!!"

Matt loves some ice cream so Sara made sure that there was ice cream all night long with this awesome ice cream truck!!
