Wedding Story: Charlotte and Bryan
Oh my GOODNESS does this wedding have a fun story!! The day after Christmas, Charlotte and Bryan had planned to get married with a small group of family and friends at Forest Hills Baptist, then make their way to Irregardless Cafe for their reception. Straight from the reception they were going to hop on a plane to catch the NC State game in Florida. The weather had other plans :) Falling from the sky Christmas evening and into the morning was the most beautiful snow. This drastically cut their guest list... sadly, including Bryan's family. The hair and makeup artists were snowed in. One of the original videographers ended up in the hospital to have emergency surgery, luckily Southern Video Design was able to jump in at the last minute. THEN they find out that the Irregardless CAfe was not going to open up because of the snow. What's open? IHOP!! The story goes on about all the last minute details that got changed around...Charlotte and Bryan had the best attitudes. They have this quiet, serene love about them and stayed calm the whole time. They embraced the beautiful snow falling and kept on smiling.

Charlotte and Bryan never once hesitated to get outside in the snow. I mean, who gets this kind of snow on their wedding day in NC?!

Their wedding cake was snowed in at the original reception location... the sweet ladies at the IHOP were AWESOME and surprised Charlotte and Bryan with a chocolate pancake wedding cake. PERFECT!
On the way home we stopped by the NC State bell tower to get some more snow shots. These two were SUCH troopers for braving the cold and snow to get really fun images. I could post their snow shots allllll day long :)

Charlotte and Bryan: What an adventure it was to be a part of your wedding day! Your attitude toward all the changes your special day endured was SO impressive. I hope you really enjoyed yourselves!! I can't wait to do your post-wedding engagement shoot :)
