Commercial Story: Three Oaks End-of-Year Party

Photographing this end of year party was surreal! I’ve taken every single headshot for the Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness staff, so to see most of them all together for this event was really cool. I often talk about how incredible the actual business of Three Oaks is, and the services that they offer, but I don’t always brag on their founder and fearless leader. 

I have been photographing Casie and her family for years. During that time we have built a really incredible friendship that I am so thankful for. As a fellow business owner, I have watched Casie build Three Oaks, and I will tell anyone that will listen that I am forever impressed. Casie leads by example, she has the tough conversations in the healthiest way. She pours into her staff in all kinds of ways with the most impressive spirit of abundance. Like me with Story Photographers, Casie never planned to have this many offices and providers, it just kept organically happening.

At this party it was beautiful to see ALL the ways that Casie chose to honor, show appreciation for and gift her entire staff (I was even given a gift! Y’all!!). I got to hear the end of the year report with all their numbers and growth and plans for the new year. As a business owner it’s always valuable for me to have opportunities like this to watch how others lead their groups, and this is one I always want to be paying attention to.
