It’s May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to always remind you that you are worthy of good mental health! We also want to welcome these folks to Three Oaks!

Last summer Three Oaks saw an explosion of growth as new therapists graduated. Three Oaks is currently experiencing another growth spurt so be on the lookout for so many more caring faces to show up on the blog.

I found myself sharing with a lot of people this past winter that I was slower to answer emails in part because of my seasonal depression. Anyone else get the winter blues?
