Personal: Spring has arrived.
As I (Ashley) have mentioned on the blog before, sometimes when I just need a creative break I grab my macro lens and head outside. I have loved doing nature macro shots since high school. The duplex David and I live in has a GORGEOUS yard... and this spring it has been exceptionally beautiful. This is not even all the flowers we have going on in the yard right now.I used to not pay attention to spring. I loved fall, I loved winter. Spring to me was just the segue to summer and we all know what summer in North Carolina can feel like! Just in the past couple of years I have learned to appreciate spring... all the plants waking up and showing off after a long winter. Here's how the plants are showing off in our yard...
