Family Story: Welcome to the World, Baby H! (Part 1)

Most often I end up doing newborn shoots in people's homes, but I love when I am invited into the hospital to meet these brand new humans as soon as they hit the scene. It was the plan that I was going to do Baby H's newborn shoot at her house as I did for her big brother, but when her parents heard she was going to have to have a little NICU stay, they had me come straight in.I can't imagine all that was going through their minds during this time, how much it was hurting their heart. But after a little time in the NICU, Baby H headed home and I'm so glad we were able to capture some of her first moments with her mom and dad in the hospital.
