Family Story: The Surles Family

This blended family was SO much fun to work with. Jill was so sweet and gave her boyfriend Stephen the gift of a family shoot with me. I had previously met Jill through See Her Story and she attended my first See Her Story retreat. I really enjoyed working with her! We had to reschedule the shoot a few times for weather and the kid's schedules, but we finally made it happen and it was totally worth the wait!I am honestly never sure how pre-teens and teenagers are going to react to being photographed, especially if I've never met them before, but let me tell you this gang warmed up in no time. We laughed so much and had the best time exploring downtown Raleigh together. I really loved doing this shoot with the Surles family!
