Family Story: The Spain Family

What better way to start off a Monday than with a snuggly, precious new born!?  This is baby Luke :)  His Mommy is one of my sweet sweet roomates from college--- wow, we are adults!  I had SUCH a good time meeting Luke and catching up with his Mom and Dad.  Luke was the first baby born in his hospital on Thanksgiving day- I know so many people are thankful he is here!

Luke already has quite the little personality.  He kept those beautiful eyes open for me the whole time!

Michelle's "push present": a ring with Luke's birth stone!

Luke has his very own feeding staff-- Mommy and Daddy might feed him but he's got two furry bodyguards to make sure he eats.  Seriously, the dogs do this all the time!

Luke's face is TOTALLY, "WHOA how did my body guards get INTO the crib?!"

Again, Mr.Personality is already saying "Dad!!  Not in front of the camera!!"

This wooden cradle is special to the Spain family.  Michelle's Dad made this when Michelle was born, and then Allen's (Luke's Daddy/Michelle's Hubby) Dad made repairs on it for Luke.  I looooove learning the story behind things like this...

Michelle, Allen and Luke: Oh my GOODNESS it was SO good to get to see you all and meet sweet lil Luke!!  I am so looking forward to getting to do this again with you all in the future.... especially so I can just squeeze Luke's cheeks again :) Love you, Spain Family!
