Family Story: Kora turns One!

 Alert alert!  Cute baby turning one in THIS blog post!  Kora has been cute since the day she was born and I know this because I was there to capture it… and even before that I knew that her parents were awesome because we had the honor of being there when they got married.  They have amazing taste in decor AND food - we loved their Japanese inspired, DIY wedding.  Just like every time I photograph this family, they made sure to take a very serious, Japanese style photo.  Kora seems to think these serious portraits are hilarious… I love how she interprets it (you'll see another one below).  After an awesome brunch with some of her favorite people, Kora was hilarious during her birthday cake moments.  She daintily picked off the pomegranate seeds and was not so interested in the cake.  Good work Mom and Dad!  I can't WAIT for the next time I get this awesome family in front of my camera.
