Family Story: Baby C turns One!

We love this family.  You've seen them on the blog before - when this wonderful couple got married in 2008 and when their sweet twins were born.  Not long after I photographed the twins in the NICU, precious Stella passed away.  She was such a fighter - she touched so many people during her short time here on earth with us.  I can't imagine what this family has experienced.  They have been surrounded by so many people that love them, have hurt for them and with them, and that have done all they can to support them.  Over the past year Carter has grown into a very very handsome one year old and I loved getting to hang out with him and his parents to celebrate this milestone for him.  I can't believe a year has gone by so fast!
