Family Story: All the Fullers

You can't choose your family, they say, but you can choose your friends…  and those friends can come to feel like family.  And that is the Fullers to me.  I went to high school with Tripp and Steven.  Went to church where George was the pastor.  Photographed Steven and Chase's wedding, and photographed each of their family units many many times (you will actually see this crowd on the blog two more times this summer!).  I trust and love this family so much.  It is hard to watch people you love go through loss, and recently George's father passed away.  Funerals, like weddings, bring people together.  This is the first time in a very long time that the entire Fuller family has been all together, so I dropped by to grab a few quick shots of them all together.  There is so much love and strength and wisdom in this family.  So much hospitality and willingness to give.  Thank you, Fullers, for being a part of my tribe and letting me be a part of yours!
