Engagement Story: Traci and Jason

We are always excited to hear from couples with a connection to Camp Rockfish.  They are always the most down to earth, fun people (examples are HERE and HERE)- people that you know you are getting to see the real them when you are around them.  We love that kind of people!  Camp Rockfish is a beautiful place so we were thrilled when Traci and Jason said they wanted to do their engagement shoot there in the fall.  What a great choice- it was beautiful!  The only bad part were the amazon sized mosquitoes that had been breeding in the still waters that can be found all over the camp due to all the recent rain.  I have never been swarmed like that in my life- looking at certain spots in these images make me itch a little!  Luckily for this shoot and for this couple, it was totally worth it :)(PS This is not typical, but David chose to join me for this shoot so his images are sprinkled through out the post as well)

It was really cool to walk around camp with these two and learn about their favorite spots and places that are meaningful for them in their relationship...

Dear David, This is a very cool idea. Love, Ashley

I posted this shot on Facebook last night- David was freaking out that I was so close to the edge...

Wait a minute to catch the animation below....

Traci and Jason-- we  really can't wait to shoot your wedding in 2011!!
