Oh my goodness this is exciting.  And it's been a long time coming.  And I feel so vulnerable and energized and nervous and giddy!!!

It's been a long time coming, this boudoir site.  A year and a half ago you might remember that I attended a boudoir workshop.  At the time I really needed to be refreshed, get some new tools in my belt and talk with other boudoir photographers about their experiences.  I came away with all of that and more, and most importantly I admitted to myself that it was best to let boudoir have her own website around here.  And this website wasn't just going to be about the images.  No it was also going to be a space where I reminded women (and myself) that we are each uniquely beautiful and worth celebrating.  That we are worth being photographed exactly how we are right now.  Not just when we loose ten more pounds (if I had a dollar for every time I heard that excuse…) but RIGHT NOW.  I know I need that reminder all the time and that sadly, I am not the only woman I know that needs to hear it.  So let's do this together.  Let's work on loving and celebrating ourselves just the way we are.
