Six years ago I started working at a studio here in Raleigh… little did I know what kind of relationships I would build while at that studio. I learned so much there, and came to know April and Rebecca really well. We all shot together, learned together, laughed together, got frustrated together. We all left around the same time and started our own businesses. As we grew, we always helped each other out- second shooting, photoshop, advice on how to handle client situations, etc. Mine and David’s relationships with Rebecca and April are so valuable… not only in the business sense, but also in the friendships that have been formed. These two women have supported me personally and professionally through my Dad’s death. We ADORE these two women!!
So that leads me to what we are announcing. While Rebecca and April still have their own businesses, they are also going to be shooting weddings through Story Photographers! Both of them already have a hand full of weddings booked through us in 2011– we can’t wait to show you their beautiful work starting this spring!! I trust these two women SO much– Rebecca shot mine and David’s wedding almost 5 years ago and both have taught me so very much in my career. I am very confident that April and Rebecca will bring you the Story Photographer’s relational shooting experience to your wedding, and then we will follow that with our editing style and “customer experience”.
After trying to align all four of our schedules, we all made it to the same place at the same time. I set up the shots and then had my beautiful Mom snap the image. She was nervous to have not one but FOUR photographers in front of her but she did an amazing job!! I mean, just look what she had to work with in this first one…
Our clients will see these images pop up here and there… 
April will bring a humor and energy to your wedding day that will keep you feeling calm and refreshed all day long. She is so compassionate and flexible, all while maintaining professionalism.
Rebecca has a quiet patience and strength that keeps her centered and easy going while she shoots a wedding. Always focused and positive, Rebecca will be an true asset and gift to you on your wedding day.
Did I mention how much these two mean to me?!
