Business Story: Up a Tree Cup a Tea

Y'all know I am all about the story. Well let me tell you, Johanna of Up a Tree Cup a Tea Co makes products with heart and lots of history.  Even her business name is rich in family story!  I first met this awesome creative boss lady at the early days of the Pop Up Market (now at Trophy, used to be at Ornamentea).  She supplied me with my hand bands and head wraps made from vintage fabrics.  Recently Johanna has had a brand refresh and I am LOVING the stuff coming out of her sewing room!  The leathers have stories, the fabrics lived previous lives, and the bags are BEAUFITUL.  I was impressed by her attention to detail and her vision.  When Johanna asked me to come out and photograph her, her workspace and her family (including dogs and chickens) for her brand and website refresh I so quickly said yes!  I just love how much Johanna wanted this shoot to communicate who she is, who she loves, how she works and the beautiful products she creates.
