Family Story: The Tugman/Hinton Family

I grew up with the Tugman family and I love them to pieces.  Ashley, the oldest of the three sisters, is a year younger than me so I was always Ashley #1 and she was Ashley #2.  Then she had a younger sister named Amanda... so do I!!  But then once she had another little sister, we stopped having family names in common... but I do remember asking her if our dogs had the same name, just incase.  Ashley is an amazing friend, faithful blog-stalker (she can name facts and details about all your shoots and probably knows you each by name), story photographers cheerleader/business analyst AND it is her ultimate goal to be the person who has done the most shoots with me.  She knows who's been on our blog the most and she's ready to beat all of you.  You can see Ashley's wedding here, her day after session here, her anniversary shoot here (and then there might be another shoot she did that I can't blog, wink wink).  Ashley's family now lives in the mountains and I am just blown away by the spot they chose.  This is land owned by a friend of theirs and WOW, would I move to the mountains to live on property like this!!!

I would like to thank the horses for deciding it would be picturesque for them to join us without us asking.

This horse was feeling particularly friendly and eventually got fresh with the ladies...

Three...

... beautiful...

...sisters.

And now a handsome man has been added to the group :)

Ah!  Love them!

I have to talk about how awesome Ashley's Mom Sarah is for picking these images from Ashley and Forrest's wedding to go on her dining room wall.  I don't mean to stereotype, but often it is the formal shots that our couples' parents like the best.  Sarah chose some of my favorites of Ashley and Forrest's day and I looooove how they look in these simple yet striking black and white frames.  I love seeing how people display their story images.
