Family Story: Holiday Short Stories

 This was our first year offering Holiday Short Stories (smaller, mini sessions intended for holiday cards, gifts, and just a general quick little shoot) and we had a blast with the 16 families that joined us!   I had always thought about hosting a mini shoot of some sort but did not decide to do it until a past client suggested we do it this year.  While I can't share images from all the shoots, I did want to share a sample of all the fun that happened that day.  It turned out that some families were so inspired by the fall gloriousness that they went both fall and holiday with their sessions.  We got to see couples whose weddings we shot through out the years we've been in business.  We met their babies - both human and furry- for the first time.  There were candy bribes for the kids, treat vibes for the puppies (and jokes from the grownups of adult beverages and treats for the parents who got their kids through their 15 minutes!).  There was much laughter, a few tears and just one baby throwing up.  We learned secrets yet to be announced and were given sweet gifts for Thabiso from our client-friends who haven't even met Thabiso yet.  It was like two days of a homecoming for us seeing so many faces from so many parts of our professional and personal lives.  We are so grateful you keep returning back to us to tell your story...  And thanks for making this first year super successful!
