Commercial Story: Duke Sustainable Business and Social Impact Conference

For the past few years, Rebecca has shot this conference, but this year, I had the opportunity to spend the day at the Duke Sustainable Business and Social Impact Conference offered through the Fuqua Business School. The conference is a day-long event with keynote panel discussions, a keynote speaker, break out sessions on specific topics, and they had people from all over the state in attendance.One of the cool things about photographing commercial, educational events like this is that we also get to learn from the information presented. It really gave me hope to hear all the ways that business owners of companies large and small are working hard to measure and improve the sustainability of their business, as well as working on what kind of social impact they have.
